We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Manager
Location:  Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job  Responsibilities

Mentor applications engineer, field personnel and help the client in job procedures, technical clarifications, BHA drawings and when required quoting commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the BU managers across the region to ensure delivery and expectations are met on time.
Direct day to day field and shop operations
Work with the WS manager to ensure all field job requirements are met
Training field personnel when required
Coordinate repair & maintenance schedules to ensure ‘on-time’ delivery to clients
Involve in inventory and assets/ shipping/logistics
Coordinate manufacturing and shipping of the same, both regionally and internationally
Coordinate invoicing, delivery tickets and all other paper work associated with invoicing the client(s)


Minimum of 20 years experience in oil & gas industry/ WS business
Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
Polite, hardworking, meticulous in figures and details
Helpful and cooperation in areas of work
willing to take additional duties when assigned and well accepted among fellow colleagues.

Job Title:  Well Services Field Supervisor II

Location:  Port Harcourt, River

Job Responsibility

  • Operating TT tools at the well site.
  •  Act as a mentor for junior/trainee field persons whenever possible.
  • This role may also require shop based work including but not limited to helping load out jobs, test, repair and maintain equipment when requested by TT manager and or coordinator. 
  • Supervisor participates in all required online and offline reporting.
  • While not in the field the supervisor will report to the shop each morning and participate in daily shop activities 8am to 5pm unless otherwise agreed by the TT manager.
  • He/she will attend client meetings.
  • While not in the field this role requires the supervisor to assist in shop operations including but not limited to mentoring junior staff, shop staff and assisting the TT manager and or coordinator as needed.


  • Petroleum, Mechanical or similar academic Degree
  • 10 years oil field related experience
  • Some formal TT training either at WFT or other TT companies preferred
  • At least 5 years (Thru Tubing Specific experience) or 100 recorded TT field jobs completed.
